For my S1 CAP project my task was to adapt a scene from a book into a graphic novel excerpt. The book I chose was Watership Down, and I adapted the epilogue scene where Hazel leaves with the Black Rabbit of Inle.

I began with initial research into rabbits, practicing drawing them and researching into body language I could incoporate into my final piece. I began with simple concept art and character desgins; 

From then on I produced roughes, then the final pages. Due to switching between drawing programs drawing and peicing the comic together was a time consuming process, and I've definetly decided to just stick with Photoshop in the future and look into sourcing brushes more.
